Experience Required:

  • Currently licensed in New York State

  • Excellent driving record

  • Several years of riding motorcycles and/or three-wheelers

  • Excellent communication skills

  • M1 Endorsement

At Motorcycle Training Solutions, we are always looking for people that may be interested in becoming a RiderCoach®. A sincere desire to help reduce motorcycle accidents, injuries, and deaths is the prime motivator of RiderCourse® RiderCoaches®. You should have several years of varied riding experience. As a teacher, you need good communication skills. If you are an experienced motorcycle rider currently licensed in New York State with a M1 endorsement, have a very good driving record and advanced riding skills, you may qualify to become a MSF/NYSMSP RiderCoach for Motorcycle Training Solutions, Inc.
